Our site is set up to accept paypal payments & credit cards however you can also pay by cheque, postal order or bank transfer, please email us with your order and we will supply you with all the details you need
Delivery Time
To keep our prices as low as possible we do not carry a huge level of stock. If we have the item in stock we will try to post it to you the next day although please allow up to 13 weeks for delivery unless stated otherwise we will always endevor to get your order to you faster than this. If you need an item quickly please contact us and we will do our very best to get it to you in time, please be aware rush orders may incur a charge.

Or why not order a dress from our in stock programme, in stock dresses will take up to 3 weeks arrive with you at no extra cost, please see the dress descriptions on our online shop page to see if your choice is part of the instock programme (please note limited colours available when ordering from the instock programme).
Returns
You have 7 days from receipt of your goods to return the items to us if you are not happy with them. We cannot offer any refunds on personalised items. Please make sure you send items back using an insured service. If a refund is made to you it will be less any postal charges incurred by us, these charges can be up to £30 per dress, because of this please be sure of the style, size, colour, and any other specifications before submitting your order. If you wish to view one of our dresses before purchasing you can visit us at one of the many wedding shows we attend or book a home visit (please see wedding show & home visits page on this site for details). Please note that all our dresses are fully checked for faults before sending. In the unlikely event of having to return an item please email from the contact page of this site to inform us of the fault or reason you are returning the dress, we will issue you with a return number and details of where to send the garment.
Sample Dresses
If you would like to view a dress before purchasing it, we would be pleased to send you one of our instock sample dresses in the style of your choice. The sample dress may be in a different colour or size to your desired choice, however this will give you an idea of fabric, style and quality. Sample dresses can usually be sent out within 7 days. To order your sample dress please use the normal ordering method via our online shop, instead of writting a colour choice in the colour panel, write the word 'Sample' then proceed to the shopping cart and pay for the dress as normal, we will send the sample dress out to you within two days, you can keep the dress for a three day perriod before returning it to us, once the dress has reached us we will refund your money back onto your account imediately, if you have any queries regarding this service please contact us on 07515773468.

What if my order is delayed?
We have formed very good relationships with all of our suppliers and problems rarely occur. If a problem does arise, we make every effort to solve it as quickly and efficiently as possible although we cannot be held responsible for eventualities that are outside of our control. This includes any delays in delivery by Royal Mail or any other method of carriage used by us or our suppliers and cancellation or incorrect delivery from our suppliers. This is especially relevant if placing a rush order. Please also remember that we cannot be held responsible for items once they have left us.
What if my payment is declined?
Orders are not processed if the payment is declined. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us if their payment is declined.
Are these used dresses?
All gowns and products we offer are new. We do not accept or offer resale items.
